OUR EXECUTIVE CHEF: CHRISTIAN DE LUTIS

Chef Christian is a Harrisburg native and has returned home from culinary experiences outside central Pennsylvania. He prides himself on regional and sustainable cooking, using natural, local ingredients. Christian most recently was named Baltimore's Best Chef in 2010 by the Baltimore Sun, and had managed to keep an annual pick for "Best of Baltimore" by Baltimore Magazine 10 years in a row! Above awards, Christian has found time to teach young students and finds time to volunteer with numerouse charities, travels to train other chefs nationwide, and ran a small inn in central Ireland.

We hope that Christian delights you with his honest approach to cooking and creatrive ways of playing with the recipes we all grew up with, as well as inspires you with his new creations.
